Proof you can show a regulator
Every decision writes a cryptographically signed record you hold: the agent, the action, the rule that applied, the result, the time, and who was involved if a person decided. Each one is attested at the point of decision and linked to the record before it, so the evidence is tamper evident and a regulator can verify it independently. Evidence is shaped for Consumer Duty, SM&CR and DORA, so a named senior manager can show what the AI was allowed to do and what it actually did.
