What this site collects, and why

When you submit the enquiry form we receive:

The form also carries one hidden field that a person never sees. It exists to catch automated submissions and its contents are discarded.

The form posts to an endpoint on this site, which checks the fields are present and valid, then sends the contents to us as an email so we can reply. The submission is also written to the server log, which records the time, your name, your organisation, your email address and the kind of business you selected.

There is no database behind the form. We do not sell or share what you send, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile. We use it to answer your enquiry.

The form sets no cookies. The site uses a privacy focused analytics script from our hosting provider that counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Copy to approveThe retention period is a business decision rather than something the site can state on its own. Gerard to supply the period, after which this paragraph replaces this note.

Email info@lokorium.com and ask. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You do not need to give a reason.
