LOKORIUM SAFEGUARD

Protect your data from rogue and hijacked AI.

Lokorium Safeguard is a protective layer around your data. Every request from any AI, yours, a vendor’s or an attacker’s, is checked before it reaches your systems, and every one of them is written to a signed record you hold.

Something will get in. What matters is what it can do next.

Firewalls and identity tools decide who gets in. They were built for people, and they assume that once someone is inside, they can be trusted with what they can reach. AI agents break that assumption. A hijacked agent has real access, works at machine speed and never gets tired. Lokorium Safeguard sits at your data, so even an agent that has got in cannot export your records or move your money, because no rule allows it.

What it does

  • Sees every AI request to your data
  • Blocks bulk exports, unknown destinations and unapproved actions
  • Stops a hijacked agent doing damage once it is inside
  • Keeps a signed record of every request

HOW IT WORKS

The protective layer between any AI and your data.

Nothing reaches your data, and nothing is done with it, unless the layer allows it. You decide how tight it is, and you can start with it wide open.

STAGE 1

See

Every AI request to your data, recorded. Controls at zero, nothing blocked. You finally know what is happening.

STAGE 2

Restrict

Block the obvious dangers: bulk exports, unknown destinations, actions no one has approved.

STAGE 3

Enforce

Every request checked against your rules, at the moment it happens, with a signed record you hold.

How we do it

Lokorium is not an AI company, and there is no AI in the check. Your rules are written down, not learned, and the decision against them is ordinary engineering. Nothing is inferred, scored or judged.

That matters because an AI asked to police another AI inherits the problem it was brought in to solve. The same hidden instruction that talks one round can talk the other round, and neither can tell a regulator why it decided what it decided. The same request and the same rules reach the same decision every time, which is what makes the record worth holding.

What it stops

Bulk export

An agent asks for every customer record at once. Refused, and the attempt is recorded.

Unknown destination

Data heading to an address or system you have not approved. Stopped before it leaves.

Hidden instructions

A line in an email tells your AI to send account details elsewhere. The AI may follow it. The layer does not.

Actions nobody approved

An agent tries something outside its job, like changing bank details. Blocked unless a rule allows it.

Where it fits

Identity decides who can reach your systems. Lokorium decides what can be done with your data once they do. It works alongside your firewall, identity and monitoring tools. It does not replace them.

Runs where you choose

Deployed in the environment you control, so your data stays with you. Covers agents built on any model or platform, including the ones your vendors bring.

Proof you hold

Every request writes a cryptographically signed record: which AI asked, what it asked for, which rule applied, what was decided and when. Each record is attested at the point of decision and linked to the one before it, so the chain is tamper evident and any change shows. The evidence is held by you, not by us, and an auditor or a regulator can verify it independently, without taking your word or ours.

Why this is hard to build

Checking what an AI is allowed to do sounds simple. Doing it in a way that holds up when the AI has been hijacked, an insider wants to switch it off, and a regulator wants proof is not. These are the problems Lokorium is built to solve.

It has to hold when the AI is hijacked.

Guardrails and prompts rely on the AI behaving. Lokorium assumes it will not, and checks every request outside the AI’s reach.

Every permission is used once.

Each allowed action is tied to one exact request. It cannot be replayed, stretched or reused by another agent.

The record cannot be rewritten.

Every decision is cryptographically signed and linked to the one before it, so any change is visible. You can verify it without trusting us.

It works at machine speed.

Agents act in milliseconds, around the clock. The check has to keep up without slowing the work.

It works across every AI you use.

Your vendors change models every few months. The rules and the proof stay the same.

Why you cannot build it yourself

Even a perfect in house build has one problem it cannot solve: it is checked by the same people who run the AI. A regulator, an auditor or a court will ask who stood between the AI and the customer. “Our own team” is a weaker answer than an independent layer that nobody inside the business can quietly change. That separation is what Lokorium gives you.

All the detail, for your security team.

We publish what Lokorium guarantees, not the design behind it, because that detail is most useful to the people it protects against. Your security team gets the architecture and threat model in full, under NDA.

Start by seeing what AI is doing with your data.

Begin with controls at zero. Nothing is blocked, everything is recorded. Tighten when you are ready.
